Mary was thrilled to land the role of “Madame Giry” in the Music Box company of Phantom of the Opera in January, 1997. She toured throughout the USA for a full year with this 3rd National Tour starring Brad Little. While in Sacramento, CA, she met Glenn Fishel. He was a local stagehand who handed her her lantern on stage right 8 shows a week. His light showed her the way: They were engaged 8 months later and married in 1999.
